A brain child of the late Kevin Martin, mentor to our founder and CEO Michael Fletcher, Fletcher Martin Corporation began its specialty biotechnology facilities support services on September 14, 2011.

Kevin Martin spent many years serving as a facilities manager for a prominent biotech company. In 2007, he left that company, but he continued serving the biotech industry in Cambridge, Massachusetts, as a facilities manager while also consulting for various companies. It was during this time that Kevin employed Michael Fletcher as his assistant in his day-to-day management. Kevin soon took Michael under his wing and showed him the professional standards required to manage and support the biotech community .

Kevin Martin passed away in 2011 before his dream of his own facilities support company was realized, but Michael Fletcher kept the dream alive. On the day of its incorporation, September 14, 2011, his dream was finally realized in the form of Fletcher Martin Corporation. Michael continues Kevin's day-to-day goals of high attention to detail and strong customer satisfaction through excellence in service.
